I was fortunate enough to have the time and support for two years of fellowship training in Ophthalmic subspecialties. First came a year in Ophthlamic Pathology at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology, Washington, DC, from July 1990 through June 1991. Second came a year in Cornea and External Eye Diseases at the Dean A. McGee Eye Institute/University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Oklahoma City, OK, from July 1991 through June 1992.
