| My career in the Navy began on March 10,
1977, when I first took the oath of office as an Ensign in the Naval Reserve. At
that point, I was part of the Armed Force Health Professions Scholarship
Program, while attending Medical School at The Ohio State University. The
following is a chronological list of my duty stations, some permanent and some
temporary:
